The Qualifications:
- Good character, hard worker, trustworthy
- Good communication skill and fluent in English
- Hold bachelor degree in related positions
- Good management and leadership skill (4,5,6,9,10,11)
- Having experience in the same positions at least 2 years in a Construction Management or Property Management team
- Having experience in selling office space (6,7,8)
- Having experience in large scale high-rise buildings/ mix use areas development
