Vacancy for CIVIL ENGINEERING / ARCHITECT
Technochase Sdn. Bhd. was formed in 1995 to fulfill the growing needs of caliber bumiputera contractors in order to serve our country’s rapid economic growth.
Now, the company is registered with Pusat Khidmat Kontraktor (PKK) as a Class A contractor and classified as Grade G7 by Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB).
Having a wide experience in the construction industry, the company is capable to undertake construction works including buildings and infrastructure, turnkey, design and build, civil engineering, as well as mechanical and electrical works.
We are seeking suitably qualified individual to join our organization.
Project Manager
Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelors Degree/Masters/PhD in Engineering (Civil/M&E/Construction), Architecture or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years working experience as a Project Manager in construction industry is required for this position.
- Required skill(s) : Project Management, Project Planning & Scheduling, Microsoft Project and AutoCad
- An effective communicator with an excellent command of spoken and written in Bahasa Melayu and English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- High integrity, strong analytical skills, excellent leadership ability and people management skills.
