We are system integrators who design, develop and implement systems combining communications (VSAT, microwave, LANs, etc), hardware (radios, embedded processors, servers, etc), and software for the mining and oil industries. Experience on mining and oil IT projects preferred.
IT Research and Development Team Head
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and build IT, Communications and Electronics Systems and Software
- Supervisory lead skills: able to execute plans and lead project team or sub-team to accomplish the task.
- Make R&D solutions design proposal presentations.
- Manage R&D process coordinating with engineers, customer, and suppliers.
- Write R&D process reports
Requirements:
- Degree majoring on Electronics or Telecommunications
- Min 3 years experience working on Research and Development
- Able to design, develop and build hardware and software system.
- Experience on developing Vehicle Tracking Systems
- Programming Skills : Visual Basic, Visual Basic.Net, Delphi, C/C++, HTML, PHP, WML, Java, ASP.Net, Map Basic
- Hardware Languange skills: Assembler for Intel and Atmel Processors
- Hardware Design skills : Protel, Workbench, MultiSIM
- Database skills : MS Access, MS SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL
- Web Design Skills : MS FrontPage, Macromedia Flash, Macromedia Fireworks, Macromedia Dreamweaver
- Image Edit : Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, MS Visio

IT Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to develop project specifications
- Design solutions using combination of IT and communications technologies
- Write bids, project proposals, and quotations
- Make project proposal presentations
- Manage project development process coordinating with engineers, customer, and suppliers.
- Write project status reports
- Give project briefings to customer and management
- Management of multiple simultaneous IT projects
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring Information Technology, Electronics or Telecommunications
- Minimum 3 years of similar experience: system analysis, project development, project management, etc.
- Strong working knowledge of TCP-IP, Networking, Wireless 2,4-5,8GHz, applications software, computer and network hardware and software
- Excellent English (spoken and written)
- Travel approximately 50%
- Work based in Balikpapan, Kalimantan with travel to mine sites
