QUANTITY SURVEYOR M&E
Qualifications:
- Male, max 28 years old, GPA ? 2,75
- Min. S1 from Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- Min. 2 years experiences as estimator in civil contractor/consultant or experience in building management
- Excellent analytical skill & detail oriented
- Experience in handling variety project (especially construction or interior)
- Good English (oral & written) & computer literate (MS Office & Auto CAD)
- Proven track record in preparing project specification, creating M&E lay out, and managing project progress report
- Handling budget & final account
- Willing to be placed at Lippo Karawaci
