Client Relationship Executive (Government)
Job Description:
This position is responsible for managing Enterprise accounts and for achieving targeted sales revenue goals.
This person will systematically work towards the long term goal of making accounts standardised on designs and solutions. It involves developing and managing relationships in the accounts’ all decision making and influencing levels (including external influences), increasing share of served and available opportunities within the account, as well as weakening competitor strongholds within the account. Efforts will include exploring, leveraging and closing opportunities for integrated data centre build-outs, Enterprise Systems solutions (consisting of power, cooling, racks, management accessories, etc.), professional services, and turnkey projects for IT facilities. Key tasks will include account mapping, development of key contacts and sponsors, identification of all opportunities (in the Enterprise Systems space) to build a funnel, and close opportunities systematically so as to maximise share of wallet within the accounts.
Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (Engineering or Science an advantage)
  • Minimum 5 years sales experience
  • At least 3 years end-user sales experience
  • Proven ability to build relationships and effectively sell to senior executives and CxOs
    • Proven skills in the areas of strategic account planning and development
    • Strong cold calling, prospecting, presentation, communication and writing skills
    • Strong time management skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • MBA desirable
  • Knowledge of and experience in the IT industry a definite plus

Country Service Manager
Job Description:
This position is responsible for coordinating all service efforts within the country; achieve annual service sales targets and meeting the service gross margins and country service CCO requirements.
The person will be responsible to ensure that the country capture rates are met and consistently growing the service contracts. The person will also be overseeing the service operations and responsible for the country to meet the service productivity targets and at the same time meeting high customer satisfaction. In addition, his/her role includes the setting up of project team and processes by working closely with the ASEAN DS3 team. In the long term this person is also require to set up the facility management business for the country.
Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Science an advantage)
  • Minimum 6-8 years service experience in a technical field
  • Minimum 3 years of leading a field services team
  • Knowledge of managing P&L and controlling service cost is a must
  • Experienced in managing customer expectation and maintaining high customer satisfaction in any situation and circumstances
  • Possess:
    • Solid understanding of customer needs and expectation
    • Strong written and oral communication skills
    • Strong time management skills
    • Strong analytical and organization skills
    • Systematic problem-solving skills
    • Leadership skills
  • MBA desirable
