Shipping Executive
Responsibilities:
- Verify and keep records on incoming and outgoing shipments
- Prepare documents for shipment
- Examines outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet specifications
- Maintains inventory of shipping materials and supplies
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or Diploma in any fields
- At least 1 year experience in Shipping & Clearing, Logistics
- Knowledge of Custom Documentation
Purchasing Executive
Responsibilities:
- Develop & implement strategy to provide a cost effective sourcing solution to ensure that product quality, specification & target costs are achieved
- Responsible for all purchasing activities including sourcing, contract negotiation and expediting delivery schedule
- Handling warehouse inventory control
- Maintaining proper document control and filing system
- Coordinating with suppliers and forwarders in shipping and customs processes and procedures related to importation, on timely delivery of materials
- Issuing purchase orders for local and overseas purchases.
- Vendor identification, selection and management
- Monitoring and updating on supplier price lists
- Maintaining accurate local and overseas purchase records
- Establish and maintain an independent suppliers performance monitoring systems to ensure compliance with performance & quality standards & maintain close liaison with suppliers & vendors
- Attend international trade/material shows to keep pace with market trends & provide better alternatives
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in Engineering / Business
- Good knowledge in shipping practice such as import and export documentation, permit declaration and other relevant documents
- Familiar with purchase variances and participate in cost reduction program.
- Excellent business network and supplier contracts from shipping industry is highly desirable
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
- An independent individual who works well under pressure
- Min 3 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing industry with high volume

Electrical Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Liaising with production supervisor/ engineer for product scheduling and flow to fulfill export schedule
- Troubleshoot electrical problem and provide fast solution and prevention action
- Conduct electrical safety test
- Improve assembly process in order to reduce waste and increase efficiency
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Able to draw single line drawing
- Have good knowledge in AC motors, relays, electronic ballast, EMC, electrical safety standard, PLC Siemens, etc.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc)
- Able to work under pressure and tight schedule
- Good command in written and spoken English
- Willing to and able to work in a cross functional team environment
- Willing to be stationed in Bintan, Kepulauan Riau
Electronics Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Electronics design and product development, from conceptualization, initial design, prototyping, to implementation
- Embedded system hardware and firmware design
- Digital and analog electronic circuit design
- Power electronics
- PCB design and layout
- PC software for monitoring and control applications
- Carry out performance optimization, cost analysis, prototyping, until production
- Component selection, testing, and evaluation
- Work closely with customers and internal cross-functional teams to ensure products meet all specifications
- Hardware, firmware, and software documentation (design documents, flowcharts, operation manuals, test procedures, etc.)
- Troubleshooting, analysis, and debugging of firmware and hardware for existing products
- Writing of technical specifications for submission to subcontractors for circuit design, firmware coding, contract manufacturing for certain products
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering / Electronics, with strong background in embedded system design
- Relevant work experience of 2-3 years in a product development / R&D environment
- Strong skills in C programming language
- Experienced in PCB design
- Experience with any of the following will be a plus: DAQ systems (Labview), product safety standards (UL, TUV), EMC testing and countermeasures, PC software development
- Excellent technical writing, documentation, and communication skills
- Good command in written and spoken English
- Innovative, resourceful, and able to work independently or in a team

Store Clerk
Responsibilities:
- Updating stock material and transaction into the system
- Make sure the accuracy of the inventory
- Reporting the status of inventory for recording purposes
- Auditing the accuracy of the stock to the shop floor
Requirements:
- Diploma or bachelor degree in Economics, Management, Administration or any relevant field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must
- Preferably 1 year experience in administration duties
- Good command in written and spoken English
- Willing and able to work in a cross functional team
- Meticulous and attention to details

Bending Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Operate bending machine according to schedule
- Able to analyze bending and problems and make improvement in product floor
- Report to Bending Engineer / supervisor on daily basis
- Maintain machine accordingly
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Healthy and able to work in production floor
- Good machine operational skill
- Good machine maintenance knowledge
- Able to read engineering drawing well
- Able to communicate and work in a team
- Good command in written and spoken English
- Willing to be stationed in Bintan, Kepulauan Riau
