Vacancy for ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING / INSTRUMENTATION / MECHANICAL ENGINEERING
PT Sumatera Prima Fibreboard – A leading wood based panel company is looking for highly qualified and self motivated individuals to fill the following positons for :
QC / QA MANAGER (Code:QAM)
Main Task :
- Responsible in developing and maintining ISO System ie : 9001, 14000, and providing technical services relating to product, product applications and customer requirements
- Responsible for the overall product quality. Assure that the product quality meets or exceeds customer requirements and specifications. Promote team work, initiative and open communications in the plant
- Provides leadership to employees in the design, development and implementation of policies, systems, procedures and practices, to ensure that quality requirements are established and complied with
- Establish and maintain communications with customers regarding their quality requirements and handles quality complaints, questions and correspondence with regard to quality
Qualification :
- The candidate should be an Engineer with at the least 5 years of experience in Quality
- Able to do system auditing, manage the quality staff, has strong leadership and good communication in English
- Must be able to understand and interpret product quality specifications, documents / blueprints, sampling technique, control chart and must be knowledgeable in customer relation skills
- This postion located in Palembang
INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEER (Code: IE)
Qualification :
- Has at least D3 or S1 degree and graduated from a reputable university
- Graduated from Electrical Engineering, Electronic or Physical Engineering
- Speak and write English Fluently
- Had experienced at least 5 years as electrical or instrumentation Technician, and at least 3 years as Engineer at automation industry
- Hands on experience with PLC-5 and RS-View “Allen Breadly”
- Able to create new program starting from zero, calculating the I/O, create ladder and run the system
- Familiar with AC and DC-Drive. More preferable if has experience with AC-Drive “SEW Mivitrac” and DC-Drive “AEG Minisemi”, and able to do trouble shooting
- Familiar with Microprocessor and Ethernet communication system
- Fully understand of open loop and close loop control
- This position located in Palembang
