JUNIOR CONSULTANT
General Requirements:

• Female, age 28 – 35 years old
• Minimum S1 Degree (any discipline)
• 1 – 3 years experience in HR Consultant or HR Unit in a company
• Hardworking person, honest, loyal, and creative

Competency Requirement:

• Strong willingness to learn new things
• Familiar with developing program or project proposals
• Have knowledge at HR Management Principles
• High resilience & tenacity
• Computer literate for Ms. Office, particularly Power Point & Excel
• Strong presentation skill
• Good communication, both in Indonesia and English
• Involvement in OD & HR Management Projects is an advantage
