DUE TO RAPID EXPANSION AND GROWTH, PT BANK BUKOPIN, TBK AS THE ONE OF ESTABLISHED NATIONAL BANK IS CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR QUALIFIED AND DEDICATED CANDIDATE WHO SEEK A CHALLENGING CAREER TO JOIN OUR COMPANY, FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITION
You will get a comprehensive training for about 9 – 12 months which consist of classroom training, on the job training, out bond training & marketing assignment. The successful candidate will get competitive remuneration and challenging career.
Officer Development Program (ODP)
- MALE OR FEMALE, AGE NOT OLDER THAN 27 YEARS OLD.
- BACHELOR DEGREE (S 1) FROM ANY REPUTABLE NATIONAL OR INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY WITH MINIMUM GPA OF 2.75 (STATE UNIVERSITY) OR 3.00 (PRIVATE UNIVERSITY)
- FLUENCY IN ENGLISH (ORAL & WRITTEN), OTHER LANGUAGE WILL BE ADVANTAGE (SUCH AS MANDARIN)
- GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILL, AS WELL AS PRESENTATION SKILL.
- ABLE TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE.
- POSSESS TEAM SPIRIT AND WORK INITIATIVE.
- GOOD SOCIAL ADJUSTMENT.
- CUSTOMER-ORIENTED.
- WILLING TO BE PLACED IN BRANCHES THROUGHOUT INDONESIA;
