Java Analyst Developer-Assistant Manager
Job Description :
- Help design / architect systems and its modules/components.
- Lead the development of high-level system and its respective modules/components.
- Manage team members for development of systems.
- Ensure timely delivery of assigned work.
- As a senior developer, provide guidance and help to junior staff whenever necessary.
- Ensure proper project and code documentation is carried out.
- Help project manpower/resources for project costing purposes.
- Help in coming out with URS and SDS documentations
- Help ensure proper company processes are followed and adhered to.
- Help ensure the products developed by your team are of a high standard in terms of quality and functionality.
- Assist the Head of Department
- Manage a number of staffs & lead IT team, Projects and R&D project.
- Willing to travel oversea
Job Requirements :
- Degree in Engineering (Computer/ Telecommunication), Computer Science / Information Technology, Software Engineering, Programming or equivalent.
- Preferably 4-6 years of experience in software development cycle including requirement definition, design, development & deployment.
- Possesses sound knowledge in OOP concepts and Java/C++ technology.
- Familiar with one or more of the following:
- J2SE, J2EE, Struts, Hibernate, XML
- Test Driven Development
- DB2, MySQL, Firebird databases
- Apache, Tomcat, WAS, JBOSS
- C++ development using MFC/ATL
- Must be meticulous and organized. Interest in R&D work would be a plus.
- Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, good team worker and possess leadership skill.
