Admin Assistant (BSS-FG/ADM)
Responsibilities
- Providing administrative skills with minimal guidance and independent in doing daily responsibilities including:
- Screens calls
- Reviews incoming
- Distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence to the right person and or responds when appropriate
- Update daily agenda
- Types all kinds of outgoing correspondence as requested
- Prepares expense reports
- Review and monitors payment of miscellaneous
- Creates and maintains good filing system for easy reference and retrieval
- Handling travel arrangement, arrange meeting and dealing with other people within Deepwater Assets related to administrative matters.
Qualification
- Clerical and interpersonal skills gained through experience in a multinational oil company/International Companies or an equivalent combination of education and related experience, preferably in Oil & Gas industry.
