Manufacturing Manager
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate 3 plants at company in line of capacity balancing
- Coordinate interplant/ factory transactions
- Periodically monitor 3 plants target achievement (COGS/ Scraps/ Efficiency/ Cost etc)
- Monitor the implementation of safe and health working environment programs (HSE/ GMP/ ISO)
- Develop policies or procedures and system improvement to increase productivity
- Maintain good and harmonic industrial relationship and productivity
General Requirement:
- Male, age between 35 – 45 years
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical / Industrial Engineering
- Min. 10 years experience in related field preferably experienced as factory head in packaging process
- Good command in English (oral and written)
- Good leadership & communication skill, service oriented and able to work in a team or independently
- Good interpersonal skill to any related business (internal or external)
