Consultant/Senior Consultant x 3 (Oil and Gas Recruitment Team)
Responsibilities
- As the Consultant / Senior Consultant (Oil and Gas Team), you will be part of our company’s rapidly expanding Oil and Gas Recruitment team to provide quality services to our prestigious clients in the Energy or Alternative Energy Space.
- Prospecting for new business opportunities and clients in the Energy or Alternative Energy industry
- Your responsibilities include nurturing professional relationships with our clients and cultivate them to be our strategic partners
- You are task to grow and nurture existing Recruitment Consultants and New Consultants as well.
- You are accountable for developing new business opportunities as well as growing existing accounts.
- Develop outsourcing and strategic partnerships
Qualities
- The ability to read and speak good English is essential for this role.
- You must be a good communicator who is innovative, resourceful and dynamic.
- This is a position for someone who enjoys working in a lively, fast-paced and self-driven environment.
